What are the Technical Requirements?
“3+1” Optimal Performance Guidelines
“3+1” guidelines indicate the 3 hardware requirements and 1 internet requirement for optimal performance.
1. Device must be virus-free
2. There must be no external storage devices (USB etc.) connected during operations
3. Device must be configured to restrict inappropriate access

How do I edit guest information?
Open the registration of the guest and click the Edit button next to the name of the guest. Make your edits in the form and click Submit to save your changes.
How do I post non-room charges?
Open the registration of the guest and click on the Folio tab. Right click anywhere on the folio to open a contextual menu that contains all of your different posting options. Alternatively you can Quick Post by pressing CTRL-A.
How do I check for deposits, collections, and AR acounts?
You can find all the non-guest accounts under the Cashier menu. Clicking it will present you a list of different City Ledger options as well as advanced items such as commissions and credit card authorizations.
How are room Amenities or Room Damages handled?
Amenities and Room Damages have their own posting option when you Right Click and open the context menu in a Folio. Simply select the amenity or room damage to post it onto the folio. Please note that Amenities and Room Damages must be first configured in the Back Office module before they will appear.
How do I add an additional deposit?
There are two ways of adding an additional deposit. You can enter the Folio of any registration and Right Click to find the Add Deposit option. Alternatively, you can press CTRL-B to quickly add an deposit. Please note that Keyboard Shortcuts can be customized and CTRL-B may not be your current configuration. To customize Keyboard Shortcuts, click the Tools menu and select Keyboard Shortcuts.
What is the purpose of the Night Audit tool?
Completing the Night Audit results in the system shifting to the next business date. The Night Audit process includes processing unresolved due-in/due-out guests and posting any automated charges. Additionally, the Night Audit generates a full set of system reports for management use.
Where do I set security, user, and report access privileges?
These security and access settings are set in the web-based management back office settings under “Roles”.
How do I transfer transactions between rooms?
Simply open any folio, Right Click and select the type of transfer you wish to make.
How does the Wake-up Call function work?
When you set a wake-up call for a room or a group of rooms, the system will alert you with a pop-up message when the call is due. You can either snooze this alert, complete the call, or delete the wake-up call.
Can the cashiers modify room rates?
It depends on the access and security levels you have set for your cashiers. These settings can be accessed in the web-based management back office under “Roles”.
How do I configure Overbookings?
Overbookings can be a good thing when a hotel property understands that there will be a certain percentage of no-shows every night. Overbooking settings can be found in Room Type Management and under the Account menu. Please note that you will need to restart the Cloud PMS after you have made your Overbooking changes.
How do I process a guest that wants to check-out using two payment types; cash and credit card?
Open the guest folio and Right Click to open the context menu. From this menu, select “Interim Bill”. Interim Bill gives you the flexibility to create separate bills based on payment types, transaction types, and date/time.
